Pro EQ rebrand software as Isys CRM

The Pro EQ software suite is now integrated and updated as "Isys CRM".  Isys CRM is for the Travel Industry and is al about customer retention.

The various components come together to provide a Single customer view (Travel-SCV™) so you have one focused view of your customers from any of the touch points:  Web, Call Centre, Customer Relations, reporting.

All functions of the Isys CRM suite are available as web services so you can add them to your web sites, internal Reservation systems and to any customer based solution.

ABTA Conference 2007

Well it was a great event.  Here's some highlights:

ABTA Under Fire

ABTA were under fire from the trade with commentssuch as: London Location too expensive, wasting members money, too many staff, open to fraud and not oplugging the holes.

Doug Richard great annecdotes

Yes even Doug admitted that he had losthis first big deal because he did not know what a PO (Purchase Order) was!  We then spotted him outside smoking a fag and those scuffed shoes!  Has he really made bucks?

Pete Waterman

So how do you draw an analogy between the travel and music industries?  Pete reckons its the fact that technology makes massive change but that it all comes round again.  He said that agents should not be scared of technology and that they should use high quality customer service as their differentiator.  Interesting as Doug said that you could use technology to become the "trusted expert".  Pete said that like records are coming back into vogue (VINYL), so too would useing travel shops.

2005
Q1-2005
Pro EQ wins contract with Cosmos (
http://www.cosmos.co.uk/) to supply their marketing department with Isys Campaign Manager. The system replaces the Faststats system and whereas the Faststas sytem required data to be imported and exported manually, ICM provides better integration so the users can concentrate on marketing activity.

Pro EQ upgrades the Isys Call Centre Customer Intelligence system's telephony integration at Thomas Cook. The Isys systenm now uses even more features of the Genesys Call Centre suite (http://www.genesyslabs.com/) to automatically pass call data to Isys, thus improving the automated data screen pop of information. Caller identification, customer booking look up and call queue details are displayed providing the call centre operator with all the information needed to handle the caller. Improved back office reporting helps to identify call queue time issues and product call to book ratios.

Q2-2005
Pro EQ wins new contract to develop a new web site and back-end functionality for brochure requests and newsletter sign up to Luxury Travel operator
Latitude. Phase 1 provides a brochure site and simple search engine, with new phases to follow to provide on-line booking. The site uses a Pro EQ built content management update program to automate the updating of locations and hotels on offer.

Q3-2005
Pro EQ wins contract to develop technical build of the new
Thomas Cook Signature trade web site including integration to the reservation system, ITOS, for online bookings.

Pro EQ wins major new contract to supply the
Crisys Customer Relations Management system to a major nationwide retailer. Pro EQ has existing retail cusotmers including Mothercare and British Home Stores and this new contract will add a major new customer to our portfolio.

Q4-2005
Pro EQ starts development of the
Thomas Cook Signature Consumer web site technical build. Pro EQ will deliver a "White Label" bookable web site that enables TCS to brand and change the look and feel of the site. Phase 1 is on track for relewase prior to CHristmas 2005 with subsequent phases being implemented throughout 2006. The technologies used enable tracking and customer brochure requests and emails to be stored in the Isys Customer database.

Pro EQ commences development of a new Product Isys Schedule System . The software will provide specialist scheduling functionality to the Isys suite to enable customer contact diary and event mangement. Similar in function to MS Outlook, the Schedule system will provide all Isys components with diary functions linked to fax, email and MS Word for letter writing. The Schedule suite will be completed Q1-2006.

Pro EQ launch Marketing Software "Isys Campaign Manager"


2005 saw the launch of an addition to Pro EQ's best selling Isys software suite. The new software Isys Campaign Manager (ICM), provides the a total solution for managing marketing campaigns. From customer record selection, data import and export, budgeting, success ratios, emailing and brochure campaigns, Isys Campaign Manager does it all. ICM integrates with QAS postcode software (http://www.qas.com/uk/partners/profile.asp?Partner=ProEQ&Sector=Travel) to ensure that your data is kept right up to date.

Pro EQ develop new Thomas Cook Signature trade web site


Thomas Cook Signature (TCS) have just released their new Travel Agents Web Site. The site designed by an in house team was built by Pro EQ using advanced ASPX .Net Technology and SQL Server Database. The site https://www.tcs4agents.com provides self managing offers (offers automatically retire once their sell by date has passed) and quick book functions using Pro EQ's Isys Web Book solution. At the back end the site integrates with the ITOS reservation system from Delight Systems using their SNOW system, also developed using Microsoft ASPX technology. The site boasts more than 16000 hits per week and is used by all Thomas Cook trtavel shops and 3rd party travel shops.

Jon Pickles, Director Pro EQ says: "I was very pleased to win this contract with Thomas Cook Signature. The main challenge has been the integration of the web site to the back end reservation system and also in providing a platform on which Thomas Cook can easily and rapidly change offers and styling. In 2006 we will further enhance the site to link in with the content management system at TCS".
