Q1-2005
Pro EQ wins contract with Cosmos (http://www.cosmos.co.uk/) to supply their marketing department with Isys Campaign Manager. The system replaces the Faststats system and whereas the Faststas sytem required data to be imported and exported manually, ICM provides better integration so the users can concentrate on marketing activity.
Pro EQ upgrades the Isys Call Centre Customer Intelligence system's telephony integration at Thomas Cook. The Isys systenm now uses even more features of the Genesys Call Centre suite (http://www.genesyslabs.com/) to automatically pass call data to Isys, thus improving the automated data screen pop of information. Caller identification, customer booking look up and call queue details are displayed providing the call centre operator with all the information needed to handle the caller. Improved back office reporting helps to identify call queue time issues and product call to book ratios.

Pro EQ wins new contract to develop a new web site and back-end functionality for brochure requests and newsletter sign up to Luxury Travel operator Latitude. Phase 1 provides a brochure site and simple search engine, with new phases to follow to provide on-line booking. The site uses a Pro EQ built content management update program to automate the updating of locations and hotels on offer.

Pro EQ wins contract to develop technical build of the new Thomas Cook Signature trade web site including integration to the reservation system, ITOS, for online bookings.
Pro EQ wins major new contract to supply the Crisys Customer Relations Management system to a major nationwide retailer. Pro EQ has existing retail cusotmers including Mothercare and British Home Stores and this new contract will add a major new customer to our portfolio.
Q4-2005
Pro EQ starts development of the Thomas Cook Signature Consumer web site technical build. Pro EQ will deliver a "White Label" bookable web site that enables TCS to brand and change the look and feel of the site. Phase 1 is on track for relewase prior to CHristmas 2005 with subsequent phases being implemented throughout 2006. The technologies used enable tracking and customer brochure requests and emails to be stored in the Isys Customer database.
Pro EQ commences development of a new Product Isys Schedule System . The software will provide specialist scheduling functionality to the Isys suite to enable customer contact diary and event mangement. Similar in function to MS Outlook, the Schedule system will provide all Isys components with diary functions linked to fax, email and MS Word for letter writing. The Schedule suite will be completed Q1-2006.
